Amy O’Sullivan is the trusted associate to our Principal, Justin Gay – a role that reflects her capability, professionalism, and the confidence our leadership places in her.

With more than 15 years of customer service experience, a decade in Human Resources, and time spent as a sales consultant, Amy brings depth, organisation, and genuine care to everything she does. Her diploma qualification in interior design and styling adds a creative edge, allowing her to support clients and our team with an eye for presentation and detail.

Amy joined Ray White Goulburn for its supportive, hard-working culture and strong family values. She quickly became an integral part of the business, known for her calm efficiency, warmth, and her ability to keep a busy sales environment running smoothly.

In her role supporting Justin, Amy oversees key administrative, client care, and operational responsibilities across both the residential and rural divisions. Her focus is on ensuring an exceptional experience for every client while helping our Principal deliver the high level of service Ray White Goulburn is known for.

Outside the office, Amy’s enthusiasm shines just as brightly. She loves hitting the open road on her Harley Davidson or spending time with her vintage car and motorcycle club. Whether she’s styling interiors or embracing her hobbies, Amy’s energy, creativity, and positivity always leave a lasting impression.
