Cassandra Doughty brings a strong background in customer service, leadership, and business operations to her role as Property Management Executive at Ray White Goulburn. With years of experience in sales, team management, and client care, she is dedicated to providing outstanding service and support to both landlords and tenants.

Cassandra’s career has spanned from team leadership roles in retail to sales consultancy and business management. Her expertise in customer service, KPI management, and leadership makes her a valuable asset to the Ray White Goulburn team.

What drew Cassandra to Ray White was its family-oriented culture and commitment to professional growth. She was looking for a workplace that offered opportunities to learn across the entire business, and Ray White stood out for its extensive training programs and team environment. As someone who understands the importance of family, she felt at home in an agency that shares the same values.

A proud local, Cassandra has lived in Goulburn and Bungonia her whole life (aside from a brief stint in Canberra, which only confirmed she’s a country girl at heart!). She grew up on a small hippy farm, where her parents rescued animals, and her childhood was filled with country adventures.

Outside of work, Cassandra is a mum of two (and a proud cat mum to two rescue cats). She stays active by playing tennis, going to the gym, and powerlifting, and when she’s not on the move, she enjoys reading.
