Before joining Ray White, Ross ran his own business, R Judd Enterprises, providing general maintenance work for a range of commercial and residential clients. His expertise includes carpentry, deck and pergola construction, kitchen and bathroom installations, full house refurbishments, glazing, door and fly screen repairs, gate and fence repairs, painting, and landscaping.

Ross is passionate about delivering high-end service to clients, discussing their needs, and advising on the best solutions to meet those needs.

In his personal time, Ross enjoys talking about fishing, collecting unregistered motorbikes, being an active member of his church, and expanding his culinary skills.
