What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting our Senior Property Managers with the smooth management of residential properties.
- Conducting property inspections and preparing detailed reports.
- Communicating with landlords and tenants to build strong, lasting relationships.
- Assisting with leasing activities, including property viewings and tenancy applications.
- Helping with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- A current NSW driver’s licence.
- Experience in property management or real estate is a bonus but not essential—we’ll provide all the training and support you need!
