What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting our Senior Property Managers with the smooth management of residential properties.
• Conducting property inspections and preparing detailed reports.
• Communicating with landlords and tenants to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Assisting with leasing activities, including property viewings and tenancy applications.
• Helping with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
• A current NSW driver’s licence.
• Experience in property management or real estate is a bonus but not essential—we’ll provide all the training and support you need!
