Maintenance Request

All repairs must be reported to our office in writing by email or by completing the below maintenance request form before they can be acted upon. When completing the below form, ensure all details are entered correctly. Please phone any urgent repairs immediately through to us to avoid any injury to persons or damage to property. Urgent repairs outside normal business hours that have not been approved or deemed non urgent will be at the tenant’s cost.

An urgent repair can be defined as one of the following;

  • A burst hot water system
  • A serious roof leak
  • A gas leak – this does not include a slight smell of gas
  • A dangerous electrical fault – this does not include a flickering light switch
  • A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises

If there is no power to an appliance or part of the house, please check your mains supply before contacting your property manager. This can often be resolved with the flick of a switch.
