Madeleine Pickup Makes History as Ray White Goulburn’s First Property Manager of the Year

Ray White Goulburn is incredibly proud to announce that Madeleine Pickup has been awarded Property Manager of the Year at the prestigious Ray White NSW/ACT Annual Awards. This marks the first time a Property Manager from our Goulburn office has won such a high honour, and it is a true testament to Maddie’s hard work, dedication, and passion for her role.

Ray White manages over 75,000 properties across 159 property management businesses in New South Wales, making this an incredibly competitive category. Just being nominated for this award is an incredible achievement, and for Maddie to take home the title is truly outstanding.

Maddie has five years of property management experience and has been with Ray White Goulburn for nearly two years. In that time, she has excelled in her role and was promoted to Senior Property Manager at the start of this year. She consistently provides exceptional service to both landlords and tenants, showing the same level of care, attention, and energy in every aspect of her work.

Maddie balances the challenges of being a single mum of two beautiful children with her thriving career. Her commitment and passion are evident in everything she does, and her journey within our team reflects the strong support and opportunities for growth that Ray White Goulburn provides.
