About the Role

As an Associate Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Senior Property Managers and ensuring the smooth management of residential properties. This is the perfect role for someone eager to develop their skills and grow their career in the thriving real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Senior Property Management team with day-to-day operations.
• Conducting routine property inspections and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Communicating professionally with landlords and tenants to provide exceptional service.
• Assisting with leasing activities, including property viewings and tenant applications.
• Completing administrative tasks to ensure compliance and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for property.
• A valid NSW driver’s licence.
• Previous experience in real estate or property management is advantageous but not essential—we provide comprehensive training and support!
