Alyssa Pearse is a valued member of the Property Management team at Ray White Goulburn and Crookwell, now working closely alongside Senior Property Manager Maddie Pickup as her dedicated associate. Together, Alyssa and Maddie form a highly effective and supportive team, delivering exceptional care to landlords and tenants across the region.

Since joining Ray White Goulburn, Alyssa has quickly grown into her role, bringing warmth, organisation, and a strong customer service focus to every interaction. In her position, she assists Maddie with all tenant-related matters and provides full support across the portfolio, stepping in seamlessly whenever required to ensure continuity of service.

With a background in customer service and administration, Alyssa thrives on building genuine relationships and creating solutions that make the property journey smooth and stress-free. Having personally experienced the process as both a tenant and landlord, she understands how important clear communication and reliable support truly are.

Born in Bowral and raised on a farm just outside Goulburn, Alyssa is proud to now be raising her own young family locally. Her approachable nature, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset make her a perfect fit within the Ray White culture.
