Ray White Goulburn & Crookwell have once again demonstrated their position as the market leaders in the local real estate landscape, finishing May with outstanding results in both sales and property management.
According to verified data from realestate.com.au, Ray White Goulburn accounted for 34.72% of all residential sales listings in the Goulburn region during the month of May—nearly triple that of the closest competitor, who achieved just 12.5% of the market share. In the property management space, the agency leased 26.56% of all rental listings in Goulburn, significantly outperforming the next highest agency, which leased 20.31%.
Selling Principal Justin Gay said the team is proud to let the numbers speak for themselves. “In a market full of noise, it’s important to report accurately and transparently. These figures come at a time when Ray White Goulburn & Crookwell have also been recognised as finalists in the 2024 Business 2580 Local Star Awards, nominated in two key categories: Best Business & Best Real Estate Agency.
