Ray White Goulburn has started the year with energy and record-setting results, reflecting the continued growth of the local property market in Goulburn and Crookwell.
Looking back at December 2025, the team celebrated a personal best month with 38 sales transacted, including the standout sale of Cumbaroona, 1533 Woodville Road. The month also marked a huge success for the Little Ray of Giving campaign, now in its eighth year, helping bring Christmas cheer to foster children across the region.

Community engagement remains a focus, with highlights including the 147th Crookwell Show on 7–8 February, where Justin Gay attended and participated in the cattle show, and the hugely successful First Cross Ewe Sale. Looking ahead, the Rollin Chrome Car Show on 21 February, proudly supported by Ray White Goulburn and Crookwell as Gold Sponsors, promises another exciting community event.
The team also welcomed Amy into the role of Administrative Associate to Justin and Marlee Seaman stepping into Sales Administration, strengthening the team for the year ahead.
