Ray White Goulburn Wraps Up a Record-Breaking Year with Festive Cheer

By Marlee Seaman

As the festive season approaches, Ray White Goulburn has concluded its final property market wrap of the year, celebrating a record month for auctions and reflecting on a year of growth, community engagement, and festive spirit.

This month, the team recorded 29 auctions conducted, with 5 properties selling prior, achieving an impressive 62.5% clearance rate – a strong indicator of the confidence and activity in the local property market. The wrap also reviewed the latest property management and sales statistics, rounding out a successful year for the Goulburn and Crookwell region.

In addition to market updates, the team celebrated 8 years of the Little Ray of Giving campaign, an initiative dedicated to making Christmas brighter for local foster children. As part of the campaign, the office is running a Christmas colouring-in competition, inviting the community to grab a sheet, get creative, and drop it off by 19th December.

Team milestones were also celebrated, with Marlee stepping into a Sales Administration role and Amy taking on the role of Administrative Associate to Principal Justin Gay, strengthening the Ray White Goulburn team for the year ahead.

The wrap-up concluded with the team’s Christmas party at the Goulburn Brewery, where staff and clients came together to celebrate the year’s achievements. “What a night it was – the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was unforgettable,” the team said.

From the Ray White Goulburn family to yours, they extend warm wishes for a merry Christmas and a happy New Year, looking forward to an exciting year ahead in 2026.
