July was another busy month across the Goulburn and Crookwell property market, with strong activity across sales and property management.
The team recorded 14 sales throughout July and launched 37 new listings, reflecting continued activity across the local market.
Our standout sale for the month was 88 Bungonia Road, which sold for an impressive $1,730,000 after a competitive auction campaign. The property attracted 6 registered bidders on auction day.
Our Property Management team also had a strong month, with 16 new managements added to the portfolio and 16 properties leased.
This month’s Market Wrap was filmed at ICC Sydney, where Justin and eight members of our team attended the Rural Muster and Every Moment Conference.
The events provided a great opportunity for the team to connect with the wider Ray White network, hear from industry leaders and share ideas with other businesses from across the country.
In a separate milestone, Justin and Loren attended the Ray White Tenure Event to celebrate 10 years with the Ray White Group.
Ten years is an incredible achievement and a significant milestone for Justin and Loren, marking a decade of growth, relationships, learning and being part of the Ray White family.
